However, for ready-made/on spot products from our online catalogue, we have a 30days return/refund policy for quality issue products if that really happen. Certain photos/videos paper works will be asked for the purpose of liability diagnose. 

For any custom design orders, we're not able to provide return services.

We provide lifetime free repair services. Certain materials cost may be charged according to the damage situation. Shipping cost on customer side.
