All our jewelries have been carefully inspected and produced strictly following a responsible jewelry manufacturer action protocol. Photos of the product condition will be sent to customers before packing and shipping for recording purpose. However, for ready-made/on spot products from our online catalogue, we have a 30days return/refund policy for quality issue products if that really happen. Certain photos/videos paper works will be asked for the purpose of liability diagnose.
For any custom design orders, we're not able to provide return services.
We provide lifetime free repair services. Certain materials cost may be charged according to the damage situation. Shipping cost on customer side.
