Returnable Items (Catalogue Products Only)
For select ready-made items in our online catalogue, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Code. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible:

Items must be in original, unused condition

Must include original packaging and tags

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Products must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received
Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions along with the Return Authorization Code.
Please note: Returns without a Return Authorization Code cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. This is a standard industry practice in bespoke manufacturing.
However, we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all custom pieces. If your jewelry ever needs repair or touch-ups, we're here for you. Depending on the situation, material or replacement costs may apply, but we’ll always be transparent and fair. Just reach out anytime—we’re happy to help.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 30 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
